Even after 9 months, I still miss our Abby. Every once in a while, I catch myself thinking that I heard her bark or whine. I've even thought I've seen her in the house (and I'm not even drinking since I'm all knocked up). I feel better knowing that she's probably happier because the older she got, the harder it was for her here. However, it doesn't make that place that was hers in my heart feel better. Funny how a little dog can do that to you. So, sweet Abigayle, I hope that beach you're running on is a good one. Save a place for me, okay?
