Spring pictures
Here are some pictures from this spring. Most of them I've put on facebook, but I figured I would add some to the blog since not everyone who reads the blog is on fb. Plus, I can't seem to find time to write my words when I have so many things occupying my mind right now. Soon I will get back to writing...maybe anyway....

Big brothers
I've already written this on Facebook, but I wanted to write it on my blog so I would remember it 20 years from now (or one year from now for that matter).
Yesterday when Lilah walked out of her room after I dressed her, Noah exclaimed "Mom, she's beautiful!" I told him that was a very nice thing to say, and then Landon added "she really is beautiful". I think a bit of my heart melted right there on Lilah's floor. I love when my boys remind me how much they love their little sister.
For the record, she did look pretty darn cute yesterday. ;)

Max and the kids...
Lilah does this on her own....

She decided Max could join her...
Because even Superman and his side kick need some rest...
Call us campers!
Last Friday, Jason and I decided to try our luck at camping in a tent with our three kids and our two dogs. We had to buy a new tent because our old one wouldn't come close to being big enough for us all, so we got a 9 person tent with a screened in patio. We packed up the car and headed to Stone Mountain. I'm happy to report it was a success! The only thing we regretted was not being able to spend one more night. Setting up was a little stressful with trying to keep up with the kids and the dogs, but once we were settled, we really enjoyed ourselves. The tent is more than sufficient for us. It's huge! Although we won't be able to do too much camping in the hot summer months, we hope to join my family a little more often on their camping trips. Of course, we'll be slumming it in our tent while they all have trailers, but for now, this is what fits for us.
The campsite before we set up
All set up and ready to relax (until the kids insist we go to the park).

So, just call us campers! :)
